    • Effects of Basalt Fiber Length and Content on Silica Sol Shell Strength

    • In the field of new materials, progress has been made in the research of basalt fiber-reinforced silica sol shell. When the amount of basalt fiber added is 0.1% and the length is 3 mm, the bending strength and high-temperature strength of the shell at room temperature are increased by 54% and 42% respectively, and the high-temperature self weight deformation and thermal conductivity are reduced by 54% and 16% respectively.
