    • Design and Experiment of High Vacuum Die-casting Process Based on Hot Chamber Die-casting Machine

    • In the field of die-casting technology, experts have designed a high vacuum die-casting process based on MFT method and Vacuum Golve Box method, manufactured trapezoidal S-shaped ZA8 zinc alloy die-casting parts, and analyzed their effects on forming quality and mechanical properties. The results show that the cross-sectional characteristics and mechanical properties of the castings produced by this process are superior to those of ordinary die-casting processes, with a tensile strength of 396.4 MPa and a hardness (HBS) of 98.5.
