摘要

通过对ＥＰＣ法水基涂料性能的控制，研究了涂料的组分。分析了各组分对性能的影响。结果表明：涂料中加入发泡剂可以有效地提高透气性，改善粉料粒子的粘结状态，提高抗磨性。配合加入丙酮，使ＥＰＳ模样表面微溶粗化，明显改善涂料的涂挂性。

Abstract

The composition of Water based Coating for EPC process has been studied by controling the characteristics of coating. The effects of the composition on these properties are investigated. The results show that the foamer in coating enhances permeability effectively

improves adhesive state of powder particle and increases wear resistance. The coating property is improved because the addition of acetone makes the surface of EPS pattern mild dissolved and coarsened.
