应用MonteCarlo方法模拟了定向凝固条件下微观组织的形成过程

同时还模拟了双向凝固

四边由表面向中心凝固及整体凝固的微观组织形成过程

模拟结果与实际情况非常接近。同时分析了MonteCarlo方法用于微观组织模拟存在的问题和不足之处

Abstract

The forming processes of microstructure under uni directional

bi directional

multi directional and overall solidification conditions were simulated with Monte Carlo method. The simulation results were close to the realities. The problems and failures of Monte Carlo method used for simulation of microstructure were analyzed also.
