Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Motorcycle Parts for ZL112YAl-Alloy in semi-solid Thixocasting
The structures and mechanical properties of the ZL112Y Al alloy kickstand of generator in JH70 motorcycle in thixoforming were examined. The experimental results show that the parts without inner void and shrinkage porosity can be heat-treated. Compared with the machanical properties of the parts in conventional die casting
