【轻有色合金】Sr、B含量对LED散热器用ADC12合金导电导热性能影响

要:针对LED散热器用ADC12合金,研究了单独或复合添加SrB含量对其微观组织及导电导热性能的影响。结果表明,向ADC12合金中添加0.04%B能够细化α-Al晶粒,从而提高材料的硬度,但是会在一定程度上削弱其导电导热性能;向ADC12合金中添加0.04%Sr,共晶Si尺寸和二次枝晶臂间距都有一定程度减小,其性能与初始合金相比有一定程度增强;但是复合添加0.04%Sr0.04%B后,共晶Si的变质效果较好且二次枝晶臂间距最小,共晶Si由细纤维状转变为短棒状和颗粒状,减小了电子传输的阻力,从而提高了合金的电导率和热导率。

Effects of Sr and B Content on Electrical and Thermal Conductivity of ADC12 for LED Radiator

Abstract: The effects of single Sr or B content and Sr B compound addition were analyzed on microstructure and thermal and electric conductivity of ADC12 alloy for LED radiator. The results reveal that with the addition of 0.04% B, the α-Al grains in ADC12 can be refined, thus improving the hardness of the alloy, however, its electrical and thermal conductivity can be weaken to some extent. With adding 0.04% Sr, the size of eutectic silicon and the secondary dendrite arm spacing in the ADC12 alloy are decreased to a certain extent, and its performances are enhanced compared with those of the original alloy. With compound addition of 0.04% Sr and 0.04% B, the modification effect of eutectic silicon in the ADC12 alloy can be improved and the secondary dendrite arm spacing reaches the smallest values. The eutectic silicon is converted from fine fiber shape to short rod shape and granular shape, which reduces the electron transport resistance and thus enhances the electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of the alloy.
