【复合材料】Al-SiO2体系反应生成纳米Al2O3p/Al复合材料的机理

要:采用放热弥散法,利用Al和纳米SiO2混合粉末,原位制备了纳米α-Al2O3p/Al复合材料。用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、差示扫描量热法以及能谱仪分析了复合材料的组织组成,并研究了该体系的反应机理。结果表明,Al-纳米SiO2体系经900 保温30 min可以反应完全,生成纳米Al2O3Si,其中纳米Al2O3的体积分数可达7%且在铝基体上均匀分布;该体系的反应激活能随着反应的进行不断提高,说明在该体系化学反应的最后阶段必须提供足够能量,才能保证反应进行完全。

Reaction Mechanism of Nano sized Al2O3p/Al Composites Prepared in Al-SiO2 System

Abstract: Nano sized α-Al2O3/Al composite was prepared in situ by exothermic dispersion method using the mixed powder of Al-nanoSiO2. The microstructure and reaction mechanism of the composite were investigated by X ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) methods, and energy spectrometer (EDS). The results reveal that Al-nano SiO2 can react completely to form nano sized Al2O3 and Si at 900 for 30 min, in which the volume fraction of the reinforcement can reach 7% with evenly distributed on the aluminum matrix. The corresponding activation energy is increased with the reaction process, indicating that the reaction of Al-nano SiO2 system can be completed only when sufficient energy is provided in the final reaction stage.
