【精密铸造】外加剂对熔模石膏型性能的影响

要:向熔模石膏铸粉中加入不同的外加剂,研究了不同的外加剂对熔模石膏铸粉的流动性、凝结时间以及焙烧后强度的影响。结果表明,聚羧酸减水剂在增强石膏铸粉浆料流动性的同时也会严重缓凝石膏铸粉浆料,加入量为0.1%时较为适合。当水与硅溶胶的比例不超过11时,硅溶胶能促进石膏铸粉浆料的流动性、恰当的延长凝结时间同时增强了石膏铸型的强度。水与硅溶胶为41时,石膏铸粉浆料的流动性最佳;水与硅溶胶为11时,石膏铸型的强度最好。

Effects of Additives on the Performance of Investment Gypsum

Abstract: With different additives mixed into investment gypsum casting powder, the effects of different additives on the fluidity, solidified time and baked strength of investment gypsum casting powder were investigated. The results show that the polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent has severely retarded the gypsum casting powder slurry, although enhancing the fluidity of the gypsum casting powder slurry, and the 0.1% content is more suitable for gypsum casting powder. When less silica sol is added to the water and the ratio of water to silica sol is less than 11, the silica sol can promote the fluidity of the gypsum casting powder slurry, appropriately increasing the solidified time, and increasing the strength of the gypsum casting mold. When the ratio of water to silica sol is 41, the fluidity of the gypsum casting powder slurry is satisfied. When the water: silica sol is 11, the strength of the gypsum mold is desirable.
