【轻有色合金】变形及热处理工艺对GH4169合金超塑性的影响

要:针对GH4169合金进行了不同变形工艺的超塑性拉伸和热处理试验,研究变形及热处理对合金塑性的影响。结果表明,锻态合金分别经过890 ×10 h+950 ×1 h890 ×10 h+950 ×3 h的退火热处理后,发现延长第二次退火时间可有效细化晶粒;利用最大应变速率敏感指数法(最大m值法)进行不同温度的超塑性拉伸试验,在950 时合金的伸长率最佳;延长第二次退火时间可显著提高试样的伸长率;采用基于最大m值法的应变诱发超塑性法对合金进行超塑性拉伸试验,可知预变形拉伸后,保温20 min后其伸长率最佳;在890 ×10 h+950 ×3 h热处理后合金伸长率达566%,较单纯m值法拉伸后合金的伸长率显著提高。

Effects of Deformation and Heat Treatment Process on Superplasticity of GH4169 Alloy

Abstract: The superplastic tensile tests of GH4169 alloy at different deformation processes were carried out to investigate the effects of deformation and heat treatment processes on the superplastic behavior of the material. The as forged GH4169 alloy was annealed at 890 ×10 h+950 ×1 h and at 890 ×10 h+950 ×3 h. The observation of microstructure shows that the grain can be refined effectively by prolonging the second annealing time. The maximum m value method was used for the superplastic tensile tests at different temperatures. The results show that the elongation of the alloy sample is desirable at 950 . The elongation of the sample can be increased by prolonging the second annealing time. The strain induced superplasticity method based on the maximum m value method was used for the superplastic tensile test of the alloy. It can be seen that the elongation is the best after 20 min of pre deformation and stretching time. And the forged GH4169 alloy has an elongation of 566% under heat treatment at 890 ×10 h+950 ×3 h, which is significantly higher than that of the simple  m value method.
