摘 要：消失模铸造工艺参数的选取对铸件的力学性能有着十分重要的影响。采用L9(33)的正交试验设计方案，进行不同铸造工艺参数组合下的ZL102合金消失模铸造，以ZL102合金铸件的抗拉强度与伸长率为评价指标。通过灰色关联分析法来进行多目标工艺参数优化，得到最优的ZL102合金消失模铸造工艺参数以及各工艺参数对铸件力学性能的影响。结果表明，当变质剂用量为3.5%，铸件壁厚为5 mm，浇注温度为760 ℃时，铸件的力学性能较优。工艺参数对铸件力学性能的影响顺序为：铸件壁厚>浇注温度>变质剂用量。
Optimization of Process Parameters of Lost Foam Casting Based on Grey Relation Method

Abstract: The selection of process parameters of lost foam casting has a very important influence on the mechanical properties of castings. L9 (33) threefactor and three level orthogonal test design was used to carry out the ZL102 alloy lost foam casting under the combination of different casting process parameters, and strength and elongation of aluminum silicon alloy castings were taken as the evaluation index of mechanical properties. According to the grey correlation analysis method, the multiobjective process parameters were optimized to obtain the optimal process parameters of ZL102 alloy lost foam casting and the influence degree of each process parameter on the mechanical properties of the casting. The results show that with the modifier of 3.5%, the casting wall thickness of 5 mm and the pouring temperature of 760 ℃, the mechanical properties of ZL102 casting present desirable performance and the influence order of process parameters on the mechanical properties of casting is presented as follows: casting wall thickness>pouring temperature>modifier dosage.
