【综 述】SiO2基陶瓷型芯高温性能强化的研究现状

摘 要:介绍了涡轮发动机空心叶片用SiO2基陶瓷型芯的应用背景,及其对硅基陶瓷型芯进行高温强化的重要意义。主要概述了矿化剂强化、水解液强化和纤维增强对SiO2基陶瓷型芯高温性能强化效果的研究现状,并对硅基陶瓷型芯的发展作出了展望。

Research Status of High Temperature Performance Enhancement of SiO2 Based Ceramic Core

Abstract: The application background of silica based ceramic cores for hollow blade of turbine engine and the significance of high temperature strengthening of silica based ceramic cores were reviewed. The research status of high temperature performance strengthening effect of mineralization agent strengthening, hydrolysate strengthening and fiber strengthening on silica based ceramic cores was summarized, and the prospects for the future development of silica based ceramic cores were described.
