【重有色合金】添加微量Cr、Al、Sn和Ni对铜合金性能的影响

摘要:采用真空电弧熔炼法,以Cu为基体,添加0.3%Cr元素制备二元铜合金,并分别添加0.3%AlSnNi元素制备三元铜合金铸锭。经固溶、70%冷变形和时效处理后,进行了电导率、硬度及电化学性能测试及分析。结果表明,Cr元素能够显著提高铜的硬度和耐蚀性,降低腐蚀速度,对电导率影响较小;在Cu0.3Cr合金基础上添加微量AlSnNi元素,电导率进一步下降,影响效果Sn>Al>Ni;硬度值略有降低,影响效果Sn>Al>Ni;钝化现象明显增强,其中添加Al元素后最明显。

Effects of Cr, Al, Ni and Sn Elements on the Properties of Copper Alloys

Abstract:Binary copper alloy was prepared by vacuum arc smelting method with 0.3% Cr element addition, and a ternary copper alloy ingot was prepared with 0.3% of Al, Sn and Ni elements, respectively. After solution treatment, 70% cold deformation and aging treatment, the electric conductivity, hardness and electrochemical behavior of the alloy were analyzed. The results show that Cr element can improve significantly the hardness and the corrosion resistance of copper, and reduce the corrosion rate, however, its effect on the electrical conductivity can be ignored. With adding trace elements of Al, Sn, or Ni to the Cu0.3Cr alloy, the electrical conductivity of the alloy is further decreased, and the dominance is Sn>Al>Ni, and the hardness value is reduced slightly, where the effective order is Sn>Al>Ni. In addition, the passivation phenomenon is enhanced obviously, especially the Al element addition
