【压力铸造】基于大数据分析的镁合金压铸模快速设计系统开发

摘要:以镁合金笔记本电脑后盖压铸模为例,介绍了基于大数据分析的压铸模CAD集成系统快速设计镁合金压铸模的一般过程。该系统不仅可以快速、合理地设计压铸模的侧抽芯和复杂的型腔结构,而且可以查询压铸模设计的相关数据。实践证明,该系统能快速完成型腔压铸模的设计,对复杂镁合金压铸模的快速设计具有参考价值。

Development of Rapid Design System of Magnesium Alloy Die Casting Die Based on Big Data Analysis

Abstract:Taking the design of the die casting die for the back cover of the magnesium alloy notebook computer as an example, the general process of the rapid design of the die casting die was carried out by using the CAD Integrated System of the die casting die based on the big data analysis. The system can not only design the side core pulling and complex cavity structure of the diecasting mold quickly and reasonably, but also query the relevant professional data of the die casting mold design, big data analysis, and guide the design of the die casting and related mold. The practical application shows that the system can complete the design of complex cavity die casting mold quickly, and has reference value for the design of complex magnesium alloy die casting mould.
