【复合材料】颗粒度对消失模铸造TiCp/Fe复合材料组织的影响

摘要:利用消失模铸造工艺制备了TiCp增强高铬铸铁复合材料,用SEMEDS检测及能谱分析等手段进行检测,以某渣浆泵后护板为对象,研究了TiCp粒度对TiCp/Fe复合材料组织均匀性的影响。结果表明,随着颗粒度减小,颗粒经过气隙获得的运动速度越大,分布越均匀。相同粒度的复合材料后护板中部两侧标准偏差最小,均匀性最好。随着颗粒度的减小,标准偏差依次减小,最小为1.05TiCp粒度为2 000目时,后护板组织均匀性最好,此时颗粒会发生分解。

Effect of Particle Size on Microstructure Uniformity of Lost Foam Casting TiCp/Fe Composites

Abstract:The TiC particle reinforced high chromium cast iron matrix composites were prepared by the lost foam casting process. Effects of the particle size on TiCp/Fe composite uniformity in a slurry pump back guard were investigated by SEM, EDS and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that with the particle size decreases, the movement speed of the particles obtained through the air gap is increased and the distribution is more uniform. The uniformity is desirable of the composite castings of minimum standard deviation of the two sides at the same particle size. The standard deviation of the composites is decreased with the particle size decreased to a minimum of 1.05. When the TiC particle size is 2 000 mesh, the rear panel has the satisfied uniformity, and the particles are decomposed.
