【精密铸造】NCu30-4-2-1合金精密铸造工艺及缺陷分析

摘要:针对小批量多品种NCu30-4-2-1合金铸件的生产,采用精密铸造工艺,设计合适的熔模铸造工艺及梯度降温工艺,成功试制性能满足要求的棒材。针对试制过程中部分试样出现强度不足缺陷,采用扫描电镜及能谱仪分析了其断口形貌及微区成分。结果表明,强度不足试样的断口存在局部黑斑,为缩松缺陷,合金中的O含量过高和发达的树枝晶是缩松缺陷出现的主因。通过有效地精炼净化合金,优化熔模铸造工艺,可减少缩松缺陷。

NCu30-4-2-1 Alloy Bar by Investment Casting and Defect Analysis

Abstract:The investment casting NCu30-4-2-1 alloy with small batches and more kinds was carried out. The rod with size near finished product and meeting performance requirements were trial produced by designing the rational investment casting parameters and multi step temperature reduction method. Aiming at the problems in low strength, the fracture morphology and micro element of NCu30-4-2-1 alloy was investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy spectrometer(EDS). The results reveal that the local black spot can be observed in the poor strength sample, which is shrinkage porosities. The oxygen impurity element in the alloy and the developed dendrite are responsible for the shrink defect. Through effective by refining and purifying the alloy by trace master alloy as well as optimizing investment casting parameters, the shrinkage defects can be reduced.
